Gabrielle's first solo harp release 'Light' features mostly original songs either written or arranged by Gabrielle herself.
The first song 'Light' sets the tone for the album - gentle, relaxing, celtic inspired atmospheres. Songs such as 'Lay Down Your Head' and 'Breath' strike the perfect balance when trying to melt away a days stress and anxieties.
On a reflective note, 'Nancy's Song' is a dedication to a most endearing aunt who passed from cancer. 'Della Mae' is a memorial song she wrote for a beloved grandmother.
Overall this album is a perfect balance for those seeking sanctuary for meditation, yoga, stress-relief, and also those suffering from sleeping troubles.
